So I have all these things in my life that are ABOUT to happen.
1 week: 2 midterms, start a photography course at UNBC, halloween
3 weeks: Confessor, the last book of Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind comes out
4 weeks: My birthday, and consequently my coworker Rory's as well
5 weeks: Paul Brandt
7 weeks: Last photography class, Jenny's bday
8 weeks: Becca's bday
9 weeks: Christmas
10 weeks: Leave Calgary!!
Other than all that stuff, I'm actually going to take the time to just relax and hang out like I have been the past couple weeks. Its nice to just take life as it comes, day by day, but still have a plan.
Alright, now I know most of you who read this know I"m a walking calamity, but I'm going to share my recent injuries anyways. The phone was for my dad who was working outside so I grabbed the cordless and ran out in my barefeet. Now winter is approaching and its getting cold, so by the time I make it back to the house my feet are numb, and I stub my baby toe on the metal grate in front of the door. It freakin hurts, but I figure cause its numb. I look down and what do I spy... a pool of blood gushing from my toe. I managed to remove the nail and split open the end of my toe just by stubbing it. So the next night at work I have a table of 20, not a big deal, their food comes up and I start running it. Near the end, only had 6 meals left, I'm carrying 3, and drop them. Not sure how, they just FALL. And, I'm bleeding. Somehow by dropping 3 plates of food, i cut my index finger. Its just a little cut but really fucking deep!!! So not cool. Such a walking calamity.
Thats really all thats new in the world of Dez. Hope you Vancouverites are well, and as for the Prince Georgians, I'll be seeing you!
